Sales Terms & Conditions

One IT Plan is operated by HOLY AERO INC.

Version: October 31, 2026.

A clear scope. A clear way to work together.

1. Agreement and business customers

The One IT Plan website identifies HOLY AERO INC. as its operator. Before a live subscription is accepted, the final order must confirm the legal service provider, its registered jurisdiction, business address and effective date. The merchant identified at checkout must be consistent with the confirmed billing arrangement and disclosed before payment.

The proposed service is for business use. The person placing an order must be authorized to bind the customer company. A contract begins only when the final terms and written service scope are accepted and the provider confirms the order. A quote, website visit or test checkout alone does not start service.

2. What your subscription covers

The accepted order identifies your plan, price, users, devices, storage, hours, supported systems and start date. Each standard plan covers one company, one website, one standard hosted ERPNext site, a $25 annual standard-domain allowance and the listed 5 GB hosted mailboxes. Technical hours include setup, meetings, delivery, testing and coordination, recorded in 15-minute increments. Unused hours expire monthly; allowances do not stack across plans.

Work follows an agreed priority list within the allowance. Data-entry hours are separate. We obtain approval before extra work or purchases. The service-details page and accepted order define capacity; marketing examples do not promise completion of an unlimited project list.

3. Delivery, access and customer cooperation

Services are delivered online, with appointment windows agreed in Los Angeles time (PST/PDT). No standard plan provides an employee, on-site support, 24/7 availability or an emergency response deadline. You appoint an authorized contact, provide lawful access and accurate source materials, and review approvals and deliverables promptly. Delays in access or decisions may affect schedules.

4. Prices and automatic monthly renewal

Fees are in USD, billed monthly in advance, plus applicable taxes and separately approved extras. The final checkout must clearly state the recurring price, billing frequency and renewal date. By accepting the final subscription order, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. There is no annual commitment in the standard monthly plans.

We will notify you of a proposed price increase at least 30 days before it takes effect on a future renewal, so you can cancel first. Changes never increase fees for an already paid period. Upgrades, downgrades and any prorated charges require an agreed effective date and price.

5. Cancellation, refunds and billing errors

Cancel before your next renewal in the billing portal or by emailing info@oneitplan.com from an authorized business contact. We use the time your request is received, not the time it is processed, to determine whether it preceded renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; service normally continues until the paid period ends. We will confirm cancellation by email. No cancellation fee applies to the standard monthly service.

Ordinary cancellation does not normally refund used or reserved service time in the current month. We correct duplicate or incorrect charges and refund fees for accepted services we cannot begin. If we end service without customer fault, we refund the unused prepaid portion. Non-refundable third-party purchases must be disclosed and approved before purchase. Contact us promptly about billing errors or service failures; nothing here limits refunds or other rights required by applicable law.

6. Hosting, software and extra costs

Standard ERPNext runs on managed cloud server infrastructure, with large files in cloud file storage. Plan file limits are separate from email and database storage. Database size, concurrency, hosting regions and resource needs are agreed at onboarding. Additional storage, dedicated infrastructure, paid extensions, other software licenses, AI/API usage, physical repairs and complex projects are extra by prior agreement. ERPNext itself has no separate license fee.

Third-party providers retain their own terms and license conditions. We coordinate faults within the agreed scope but cannot guarantee a provider’s availability. Backup schedules, retention, restore testing and recovery targets require a written scope; standard plans do not guarantee zero downtime or zero data loss.

7. Confidentiality and data handling

Before system access, both parties must agree the applicable confidentiality terms, access roles, approved vendors and any data-processing agreement. Service personnel may need authorized access. Data location and cross-border restrictions must be reviewed before transfer. Do not submit regulated or especially sensitive records until the required safeguards and agreements are in place. No regulatory certification or regulated-data suitability is implied by a standard plan.

8. Ownership and intellectual property

You retain ownership of your domain, business records, source materials and content. You authorize only the access and use needed to deliver the agreed service. Ownership or license rights for custom deliverables must be recorded in the order. Our pre-existing tools and know-how remain ours; open-source and third-party software remain under their own licenses. Where our retained tools are embedded in a paid deliverable, the order must grant the rights needed for its agreed use.

9. Acceptable use and AI review

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, malware, unauthorized system access or infringement of another party’s rights. You must have rights to the systems and data you ask us to use. AI outputs and data-entry results require appropriate human review before operational use. AI tools, data inputs and third-party usage costs must be approved; no accuracy, revenue or business-outcome guarantee is made.

10. Suspension, termination and handoff

For nonpayment or a material breach, we will normally give written notice and 10 calendar days to resolve it before suspending or ending service. Immediate, proportionate suspension may be necessary to address unlawful activity or a material security threat; we will explain it as soon as reasonably possible. Either party may end the agreement for a material breach that remains unresolved after that notice period.

Before the paid period ends, agree domain transfer, export format, handoff work, access revocation and deletion dates. Handoff uses remaining hours or an approved quote. Hosting does not continue indefinitely after termination. Necessary legal records and backup copies may remain for documented retention periods, with continuing confidentiality and restricted use. We will communicate the applicable export window before deletion.

11. Service standards and responsibility

We will use reasonable care and skill within the agreed scope. Report a material failure so we can investigate and propose correction, re-performance or an appropriate refund for the affected service. No website, system or security measure can be promised to be error-free or immune to every attack. This draft does not set a blanket liability cap, waive mandatory rights or excuse fraud, willful misconduct or liability that law does not allow the parties to exclude.

12. Changes, disputes and notices

The accepted order takes precedence over general marketing copy for the agreed scope. A signed data-processing agreement controls data-processing conflicts, and a signed NDA controls confidentiality conflicts. Changes to accepted terms require written notice and agreement; posting a new version does not retroactively change a paid order. English, Chinese and Spanish versions are provided for accessibility; any controlling language must be agreed in the final order.

First send billing, cancellation or dispute notices to info@oneitplan.com with your company and order details. The final agreement must add the provider’s legal address and any agreed governing law or forum after its jurisdiction is confirmed. This draft selects no state, court or mandatory arbitration process and does not restrict rights that apply by law.
