Privacy notice

1. Scope of this notice

This notice describes the One IT Plan website, operated as presented by HOLY AERO INC., and information shared in service inquiries. Contact: info@oneitplan.com. Customer-system data processed during an engagement also requires an agreed service scope and, where needed, a data-processing agreement; this website notice is not a substitute for that agreement.

2. Browsing, cookies and the plan finder

The site code does not include advertising or analytics scripts or set marketing cookies. The plan finder runs in your browser; its answers are not sent to our server or saved by this website. The hosting platform may process IP addresses, browser information, request logs and technical security data to deliver and protect the site. Platform access features may have their own technical storage requirements.

3. Information you send us

The inquiry form prepares a message in your browser. Preparing the preview does not submit or save your answers on this website. If you choose a WhatsApp or email button, the prepared details are passed to that service or app for you to review and send.

If you email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, business contact information, company, requirements and correspondence. We use them to answer questions, prepare a scope, coordinate service and maintain necessary business records. Email is an alternative if you do not wish to use WhatsApp. Please do not send credentials or sensitive records in an initial inquiry.

4. Payments and external services

Stripe hosts checkout and billing management. This website does not collect or store card numbers. Subscription administration can provide the selected plan, business/contact details, billing address and payment status to the merchant. Current checkout links are test-only. Following a Stripe or WhatsApp link takes you to a service governed by that provider’s own privacy practices.

5. Service access and international processing

We select and manage the hosting infrastructure for your agreed service. Hosting providers, data locations and access arrangements are disclosed during onboarding before customer data is processed.

Authorized service personnel may need access to business systems and records. Standard ERPNext hosting uses managed cloud server infrastructure; large files use cloud file storage. The actual regions, access permissions, approved providers, data categories and any transfer requirements must be reviewed before onboarding. We do not promise that all data stays in the United States. Do not upload regulated data until the required arrangements are agreed.

6. Retention and security

Information should be kept only as needed for the stated purpose and applicable business or legal recordkeeping. Service-data retention, backup rotation and deletion dates must be agreed for the engagement. Hosting, payment and messaging providers control their own records under their terms. Security measures depend on the system; no online service can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected issue to info@oneitplan.com without attaching sensitive data.

7. Questions and privacy requests

Email info@oneitplan.com to ask about information you shared or request access, correction or deletion. We may need proportionate identity verification and will handle requests according to applicable law. Legal recordkeeping and others’ rights can limit deletion. For records controlled by your employer or another customer, contact that organization; we can assist it within the agreed service scope. The website is intended for business users and does not seek information from children.

8. Updates and provider notices

We will update the version date when this notice changes. Material changes to the way customer data is handled should be communicated before the new use begins, with additional consent or agreements where required. Provider notices are available through the links below.
